  • Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


    Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    We currently ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

    Estimated delivery times:

    • Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


    Shipping Rates

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders (if applicable).


    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


    Incorrect Addresses

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • All Sales Are Final

    Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@eauarchive.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item and packaging

    We will gladly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

    We currently ship only within the United States. Any orders placed with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

    We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand shipping options in the future.

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

    While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for carrier-related issues once the package has been shipped.
